I would like everyone to know that if you ever need a lawyer in the Sabetha area to call Brad Lippert and become a client of his as you will most likely not be prosecuted for anything by him in the future or if you are prosecuted by him just make it personal and he will be neutered and have to send it to the Kansas Attorney generals office. This is a good way to keep malicious prosecution out of your case. Of course it is hard to neuter what is not there. This is not a man we need as a judge in the honorable 22nd district. I mean can you imagine if this guy was a judge, come on, really?

How do you run a private law practice and be county attorney without running into a conflict of interest? Seems like that would be pretty difficult.

Honestly, I do not like Mr. Brad Lippert. Him saying that I can't make decisions for myself..good one. Maybe you should get to know me before you start saying sh*t like that. I think this town would be better off without him, his poor wife and kids.

Brad was an attorney for me at one point and won my case for me - I am very grateful! I will say I did most of the work (research, etc.) for my case, and the opposing attorney really sucked as an attorney, but I do think the fact that he knew the judge very well and the judge's personality made a difference. He was nice.

Interesting enough BRAD does what the
Sherriff wants him to do NOT what is right or for the law..........we have a corrupt sherrif department and once the Govenor gets his report done on them we will have "more unemployed in Seneca"

I was a victim in a case prosecuted by Brad. He did a great job keeping in touch with me and was relentless pursuing the criminal. I think most of the negative comments posted here are from criminals prosecuted by Brad. Hey, if you do the crime you must do the time. Brad is just doing his job.
