To top it all off, China is building F-35 jets that look and perform just like ours.Except, they didn't have to spend trillions of dollars developing them, just hacked the Defense computers.VOILA! Our bridges seem to be falling into rivers, for some reason.Wonder where all that maintenance money went to? Our kids run from hard science courses, to be lawyers and get business degrees.Meanwhile, most of our doctors come from overseas, looks like we're lucky to get them.a lot of our kids seem to have OCD, the rest of them are building bombs to take to school and"get even". Odd how these kids can get super expensive phones, which they then use to get on line to find out how to make bombs.Parents don't seen to have a clue that Johnny is planning a bloodbath.

A declining society due to government straps on US citizens. Fundamentals of true government being overlooked. Our priorities in our present administration have turned the cards on the table and has made us more vulnerable for cyber attacks.

I'm about to join the damned Texas Nationalist Party! Democrats are backwards, and they are about to run the whole country into the ground! Unfortunately, Republicans are no better. So busy trying to please everyone, that they are forgetting the core platform of the Party! And Rick Perry is the worst one!!

This will be his last term in office, he has wronged too many people which are the popular votes. Most republicans will lose due to the same reasons, the underdogs are fed up with theses tactics. Rich get richer, poor get poorer.

Rich get will get richer and poor will get poorer because our future holds a government controlled state if a democrat reaches office in Texas. Middle class will continue to be suffer and eventually be non existence.

Apparently no one seems to care that the IRS is being used as a tool of revenge and intimidation by the current administration. Give it some time.

Unfortunately not. But the Obama health care will demonstrate more true colors ahead. Also, the government controlled environment will continue with the banks being the next step. The people receiving the freebies will see change in how much they receive after the deal is sealed to change our government completely.

Exactly! The Affordable Home Heath Care Program will drive costs across the board as well. Many businesses are going to being charging more as well as the costs of insurance coming to us. Even welfare programs will reflect change when the country discovers that we really can't afford much at all.

And it makes no difference if the Democrats or Republicans are in charge, We The People still get screwed. Career Polititions of both parties carried on our backs, and loyal only to the lobbiest. Can you spell TERM LIMITS? Not that Washington will ever go for them. Bush= two unfunded wars billions of dollars thousands of lives; all wasted. Then along comes Obama=more debt and less freedom. DUMBER&DUMBER.

I believe that term limits need to be removed for Perry so the Conservative Party movement shall continue. If we don't take a stand. Liberal Pukes will continue building to retain ownership of this country. You have to take a stance with the GOP until the Tea Party is formed again to retain party ownership.

Perry needs to go now: Well unless Annita is told otherwise by God. F the party, the parties are the problem. Both parties are for their own agendas and to hell with We The People.

Senator Chuck Schumer {D} is proposing legislation to have the government First go to a judge. Judge will then perform a balancing act. Is the need for information, say from a news organization, Judge would balance the need to know, by government and the robust freedom of the press.
Under current laws, News agencies are required to receive prior warning for search, giving the agency time to oppose the subpoena. Unless of course if the notification would compromise or impede the governments investigations.
Consider however the Supreme Court ruling on January 2010. Corporations are on par with an individuals rights. Does Chucky now want to advance this notification to all citizens. Prior to a search of a suspects property they must give advance notice of their arrival? Are the corporations to have special privileges over the individual citizens now? AP and Fox under investigation presently defend their rights for special privileges. What of the citizen that receives a search and arrest warrant? They must be accorded the same privileges. Giving suspects to have time to put their property in order.. Interesting scenario to observe in how it will play out. Corporations will have greater rights than the mere individual citizenů Hmmm
