Seminole bond

Nov 9, 2009 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: Odessa American Online

In some media accounts, the Seminole Independent School District's bond in 2007 was described as "enormous" and "whopping." At $110 million, it narrowly passed, 736-682 in mid-May, thus making it the largest sum of money any area district asked its taxpayers to pay in that election.

Perhaps I am showing my ignorance here, but, It has always evaded me why anyone would vote to have more money taken from their own pockets and funneled through a system which has already proven to be unable to make good use of the money they already convinced, usually the same ignorant people, to give them & they have already spent that.

All of this passes without most of us even knowing it's going on much less where they are spending it at or why it is so much needed.

Governments... & School systems... Seems to be no difference between them to me. They both hire idiots to do the job.

Don't believe me? When was the last time you witnessed any govt. or school take the best of the best or accept the high bids on jobs??? Govt. workers & school personnel are not the best of the best they are just the only morons they could convince that they were smart enough to take the job.

Want to know how to recognize a city worker actually working? He's the one in the hole using the shovel with the other five (5) city "Workers" standing around the hole watching him actually work.

Except they extort it from the "ignorant" tax payers (as they think we are & why shouldn't they we voted to charge ourselves more taxes) they would have no money to pay all of these high priced morons to sleep on the job.

Yes I'm talking about school teachers & administrators, too. No difference between the three; Govt workers, city workers, and school workers. They're all the same.

All of them have a few who really work & these few are the ONLY ones keeping the system operating.

Frank wut your saying is true I do agree with you. But people start pulling things out of their assholes its not even funny. I tried to be a free man about things but i end up getting shit faced at 3am so my mind pretty much goes to a different place. Seminole keep going strong you'll succeed through things that you couldn't even imagine. I am behind your ass with a 100% feeling of being a big indian through this situation. feels good to be a texan with plenty of big balls strength doesn't it Frank.
