Work 12 hr shifts, but can be 5-7 days a week. Burn out is a problem. Work is hard, they have a point system and it's too easy to point out and loose your job. Turn over to excessive. Rumor's of discrimination, hiring only minorities/Mexican Americans. Managers, supervisiors come and go like water. This shows a problem that is from the top down. Someone isn't cleaning house properly? The pay is good, over time is great. Be ready to not see your family. In this economy a job is a job, and necessity is a must. I hope they can get their problems worked out. They loose a lot of good workers and people. Word is also that they don't hire your back once you've worked their?
