uniforms and valadictorian selection processes will quickly raise FCAT SCORES.
I recommend you put teachers and administrators in uniforms. Most of them under the age of 50 look unkept most of the time I see them.
How about a dress uniform for them including shined shoes with laces and heels and shirts with buttoned collars and neckwear. No unattended facial hair, no exposed tatoos, etc.
Discipline is lax in the schools because no one demands or expects it.
