How bout taking him about 30 miles out to sea, throw him overboard with some bloody fish parts. So as not to be too inhumane, give him a used toilet seat taken from a public bathroom and wish him luck swimming back.

If the state is going to let him out don't you think we need a photo of this inmate? Merthie committed violent sex acts upon children as young as four years old. His father and mother didn't stop it. What makes the state think his uncle will be any more observant? There is no therapy, no shot (except a bullet) and no treatment to stop someone like this from doing it again. He had his chance at life. He had his chance at being a normal functioning member of society. He is sick in the head; and unless the state can chop off his head; he can't be cured.

Take his balls then let him go. We neuter dogs all the time! Let's start doing this to sex offenders! There will be NO MORE repeat offenders!

First of all, Daddy will hire him at that big ol' church he runs...he's a good boy. This should be another slap in the face that our system is broke. He should never have been given a chance to get out. 20 victims, 10 years? I guess each victim can be happy they got 6 months out of the state. And Eaton will let him out, he has a terrible track record with sex offenders.
Where in this article did it say he was let go? Second of all if you had any common sense you would realize that if he were set free he wouldn't be allowed around kids. Also the church most likely has insurance that would prohibit his presence on the property. Whatever you're angry about maybe you should let it go because it has seriously clouded your judgment and common sense.

We cannot afford to throw the life and dignity of one more child in Florida away.
Keep the beast in the cage.
Amen to that. Take no chances. Innocent kids are more important than these animals. This guy has some serious problems and you can't cure that kind of thing.

This sums this situation up perfectly. Put him in prison now that he's been "rehabilitated." That's where he belongs.

It was just reported that his Mamma just "collapsed" during the hearing. WHO CARES!! NO SYMPATHY FOR THIS ENTIRE FAMILY. THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE VICTIMS OF COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
All they care about is getting their monster back out where he can offend again.

The problem, all of you, is that we live in America. We unfortunately do not lock people up in prison for what they might do, even if we believe they will do it. We lock them up for what they have already done. He has served out his prison sentence -- you CAN'T send him to prison. And if you don't have a psychiatrist saying that he is mentally incapacitated then, like it or not, you have to release him. No, I don't want him living next to me or my kids. Yes, I believe there is a good chance he will re-offend. No, I don't see a way around it. Hopefully people will be aware of his issues and provide him with the support he needs NOT to reoffend. If he started molesting/raping kids in 1992, then he started this when he was 9 years old. That is LEARNED behavior. I haven't a doubt in the world that he was molested himself. Perhaps his treatment and incarceration made some difference in his dealing with the issues he has. I can only hope.

He has proven to be a PREDATOR...even in a treatment facility, he molested another boy.
You can tell him that he can't be around children, but he cannot be monitored 24 hrs a day. As a free man he can go go shopping ect....do you think they are going to clear the stores so he can come in ?? Do you honestly think RULES such as "stay away from children" are going to be followed ? NO!!
Jail or mental hospital is the ONLY place where he can be constantly monitored. His freedom is not as important as the safety of our citizens.
I hope if they let him out, he moves in next door to you......

The people who want to set him free should let him live next door to them, and be required to have their children attend the same church as the POS. I bet they would change their minds real quick about unleashing him then!
In order for this plan to be effective it would require them to love their children first and foremost and I've got a bad feeling that they don't care anything about children at all.

THERE IS NO CURE FOR RAPISTS. I was raped after the guy had raped another woman who had come forward. I am a Member of the RAINN (Rape, Abuse, Incest National Network) Speakers Bureau. This is an insult to all rape victims. I am going to fight to get this guy put in jail. Please contact Bill O'Reilly at [email protected] with your concerns. Thank you,

This is absolutely ABSURD!
The only reason why he has been on good behavior is because he has not been around kids.
Further more, I am a student at Seminole Community College and I definately do not want to be in the same school let alone the same classroom as this scum.
