You have to be 18. Ingram is a hard company to get on with. Best of luck.

There are much better companies to work for besides Ingram. They have grown too big and have lost touch with what really matters, their employees. They'd rather hire a suit & tie to find ways to cut employee benefits of restrict raises, than spend the salary of that number cruncher on the guys out here that make them money. Promotions are slow, there are many policies in place that are made to hold people back so the company can get more work out of employees at lower pay-grades, for the longest amount of time possible. They disguise those policies often with the word "SAFETY". To sum it up, Ingram is the Walmart of the River. Thats all I have to say about that.

AEP is a good start. Mate was pretty much on the money about Ingram. They have went way downhill.
