So I've started this diet and I'm about to do some toning up at the local gym...what kind of diet should I follow in order to keep in shape and actually help build muscle? Any help would be awesome! Thanks

Depending on your size/looks, you could do some lunges and thrusts in my bedroom!

rice water eggs lots of chiken and salads stay away from bread and carb drinks

Thanks! I weigh 185 right now and I'm 6'2 I'm basically looking to get tone not body builder competition buff lol
