"Police said the vehicle likely has heavy damage to the right front passenger side."

As opposed to the left front passenger side?

ITS NICE TO KNOW PEOPLE CARE SO MUCH ABOUT THE WRITING AND EDITING OF THE STORY INSTEAD OF THE LOSS OF LIFE,YOU ARE A WASTE. FOR HIS FAMILY, GOD BLESS THEM IN THEIR GRIEVING PROCESS.

Thank You for your thoughts, I knew this young man well he was a very hard working responsible father to 2 little girls and a respected member of our little town. We will all miss him greatly and ask God to please help his family.

Imagine the grief. Interstates are nuts and having a breakdown on one is one of the scariest things in a car that can happen.

I have been several times in that situation and I am not sure there is any foolproof way to keep safe when you stuck on the side of the road.

God Bless him and his family.

To hit this individual and then just keep on driving is hard to imagine though. Talk about not caring about others.

It makes sense man...if it was damage to the drivers side the car, the guy wouldnt get far after wrecking the sdie of the car he is on(window shattered, blood all over the window)

I gaurantee this story will be back soon with the driver.....might as well say "yeah i hit the dude, he walked across the freakin highway!" You would definitely not get in trouble, it's not your fault! Now they are for sure doing prison time.

I am truly appalled that someone could read this story and their ultimate concern was the depth of the education of the writer rather than concern for the man who was killed and for his family and friends. What a tragic situation. Please, show some sort of sensitivity and empathy.

The I465 baby can run all over I465 and this 24 year old guy can't get across I65? Should have gotten some child to help him cross.

It's still stating the obvious moron, do you think he backed into him on the interstate at 70mph+?
