I am glad that all the drivers did well and that no one was killed in any of the accidents. Thanks to the HWY and Street Departments. doing there jobs. What I want to know is how runs the Sidewalk Department? The sidewalks are also slick and dangerous to people so why are none of them are ever cleared. Pedestrians may have the right of way in crosswalks if they are lucky but they have no way of getting to them safely when we have a snow like this one. The folks who can't walk and are using a motorized chair are forced to drive down the street or not go out at all. What if anything is done to address this problem?
