That is not going to solve the problem that we have with them 70% of the time. The order is wrong pretty much all the time, so now we sit at the window and make sure the order is correct, and hot. I could care less what the employee thinks, that is waiting on me to pull off so they can screw the next persons order up. Half the time you get home with the food, it is not even close to being warm. I have stopped going there unless I have to. You cant even get a napkin. Instead, you have to ask for one. Burger King does a much better job with the orders and the food is hot.
