I asked this question on another site. About large stores, mainly grocery stores in Ash Fork.. I got the impression there are none. Where do people go for grocery shopping..

there are two and a half gas stations and no grocery stores for at least 16 miles, williams or 24 miles to chino valley, ash fork has nothing to offer anyone, trust me i live here and cannot find but 3 decent families, the rest are on drugs, theves, or just rude a-holes. red necks and illegal immigrants make up the rest of the population. ASH FORK SUCKS!!!!!

In Ash Fork, we have beautiful scenery and weather all year round we don't even need central air because it never gets hot. We grocery shop at Sam's Club once every 4 weeks or so. We make our bread as the nearest grocery store is half of an hour away in Williams. We get eggs from our chickens and will get milk from our goat once it is old enough to have a baby. We are so excited to live here. It has been an adventure and a blessing to our homeschooling family. No one ever complains when the kids go shoot the BB guns outback because we have only 1 neighbor. And it would take a few minutes to walk to their house. We love hauling our own water at only 1 cent per gallon. We have started a garden and a compost bin, the kids love to help. We have learned not to be wasteful.

Ash Fork is the arm pit of Arizona.
Short sighted long timers, leftist
California transplants, and illegal aliens
all mixed together with no water or electricity,
but plenty of dust. One of the few good folk there
once said "if you want to have a little
money in Ash Fork, be sure you come with a lot
of money, soon enough you'll have little".

Daily Horoscope for December 15

Cancer

You've got high hopes about someone or something today, and you're confident that everything will turn out well. If a positive attitude is a guarantee of a positive outcome then you have nothing to worry about. But is it? There's a chance that you're being far too optimistic, and confusing fantasy with fact. If so, you'll be in for a big disappointment.
