That's 100 cases where Law Officers and Prosecutors did their job, Yea Right, Every person that participated in those trials should be imprisoned! Like I said previously, thank God for advances in science and technology for being able to exhonerate those who are truly innocent. Marty doesn't fit into that category. No new evidence exhonerated him and he's just as guilty today as when he was sentenced.

Even McCready admits there was no blood in the plumbing when Erin Moriarty interviews him. For there to be no blood on the knives, the killer or killers had to have washed them, the barbells, too. Why no evidence of a washing in the house? Where would Marty have washed the murder weapons? I'll tell you what happened. The killers left the property and washed it elsewhere and then Marty discovered his parents. Read this story about new evidence found in the Yale murder case and see if you rethink your idea of no blood evidence found in the drains of the Tankleff house. Remember you can't find what you don't look for. http://www.middletownpress.com/articles/2009/...

Remember you can't find what you don't look for. http://www.middletownpress.com/articles/2009/... They DID search the drains of the Tankleff house. There was no blood. McCready even admitted that. So, Erin Moriarty said something to the effect of that there would be blood there had Marty washed off and asked why there was no blood. McCready couldn't explain why. He just said, "I don't know." There was a small time window between the time when the card players left and when the murders were committed. He couldn't have committed such a violent stabbing/beating and cleaned it up so meticulously in such a short period of time. He would have had to leave the premises and not returned for a longer period of time than the time between the end of the card game and the 911 call by Marty. The only rational explanation is for outsiders to have been let in by someone who was already in the house, committed the murders and left. And there were bloody glove prints on Marty's light switch in his bedroom but no evidence of gloves in the area. That corroborates witnesses' claims that Peter Kent says he walked up some steps and went to Marty's bedroom door and found him in his bed sleeping. My theory is that he left Marty alone because he was a kid. Criminals usually don't like to murder a child. In prison, child molesters and killers are the lowest of the low. And, Marty was a scrawny kid then. He wasn't very tall either. The Yale lab murder is one investigation I think was brilliantly executed. The physical evidence is so strong you don't need a motive to convict Raymond Clark. I think it's the complete opposite of the crappy job Suffolk did investigating the Tankleff murders.

You know that doesn't make sense, and you know that deep down you don't believe it. The jury who listened to the facts of the case didn't believe it, either. No one would.

Brilliantly executed?? They're going to have a HUGE problem now with some of that evidence. The recent evidence found by plumbers in a pipe after the building was reopened to the public for 2 days will likely be useless at trial. The cops certainly should have found it while the area was still a crime scene.

There was way too much publicity proving Marty innocent for the authorities to keep Marty behind bars. Kind of sad though that it took so long to happen. If there is a Hell there's quite a number going to visit the Devil in the future!
