Used cooking oil becomes hot theft commodity

A few years ago, drums of used french fry grease were only of interest to a small network of underground biofuel brewers, who would use the slimy oil to power their souped-up antique Mercedes.

Now this is funny!

A couple of years ago grease was a waste product that people bought and dumped most of it into the sewers. Now people are complaining their livelihood is being hurt!

Sedgwick KS is a little hole in the road with maybe one eatery. I don't see how thousands of dollars is being taken. They aren't even on an interstate highway.

If they are leaving the grease in the trash then how is it stealing? And how does it impact reataurant's bottomline when just a couple years ago they were throwing away the stuff anyway.

So when someone figures out a way to Recycle human waste into fuel then the media can report on what they know best. a bunch of CRAP!!!!
