My bank is Fidelity now but have also had Bank of America. Neither have caused me problems but I recently saw what Bank of America does to their customers and what all the fuss has been about. This has caused me to at least never bank with them if I can help it.

emprise is now ours but i mortgage is still through BofA. they suck!!! told us our home does not appraise for what tey originally said and took away our equity line without telling us. I asked to see the appraisal and they said they did not do one. That they were just estimating that it went down. WTF!
