The College of Western Idaho has a new president. The fledgling Nampa community college announced Friday that Berton L. "Bert" Glandon has been appointed to lead the school.

Woe be unto the College of Western Idaho! They do not know Bert Glandon like a lot of his victims know him! Good luck! Be thankful he only has a two year contract! It will be a long two years!
