Unbrelievable that they scanned the chip and it had not been updated with current information. With all the hype and money spent on these dogs, that is the least they could have done. Also, what is worng with the handler keeping the dog outside during this time of year, where there are a few weeks of firework going off in neighborhoods all over the place.
