Teen's Ticket Hinges on GPS Vs. Radar -

I think this RMT Rover GPS tracking device would be a great tool to monitor a teen driver. I don't think it should be used to get out of a speeding ticket, but I do think it would keep my son in check when he is driving. I did a search and found the company that sells this device.
