A rental duplex in my town has a retired NY state cop in it; when he sees or anticipates trouble with kids/teens/twenties/etc he puts on badge and holster with loaded weapon and confronts them. Guess what--they don't come back! That area is quite clean of the drug/alcohol parties, suspicious loiterers and trashing of the place.

The reason burglaries are falling is because since Obama won people have bought out all the guns and ammo they can get. Thats why
