Kurt Cobain did not die of a suicide. It was a professional hit staged to look like a suicide.

That he took drugs is moot. That does not even begin to justify murder.

Can you imagine a lawyer going into a courtroom with that argument? "Your honor, my client should go free. While he did murder the victim, it's ok because the victim was known to take drugs."

That's not how it works folks.
