The perception is that Seattle people THINK they are smarter than the rest of us. Watching the news reports and seeing them drive in the snow proves they just aren't that smart after all. Thanks for the entertainment.

Washington is a " snow state". I guess " Big Government" WASDOT isn't up to the job of clearing the roads. I have seen better winter preparedness in Oklahoma. It truly upsets me that the state thinks everyone can work from home. Oh yes, Seattle is definitely smarter than the simplefolk in the hinterlander.

OHHH Yea of course you ARE!!!!! I guess those SMART folks in charge of WADOT must be working from home in the hinterland.

My heart is with those without power--mine was out for five days a few years back during that big winter wind storm. Remember listening to a call in show on my portable radio. One clown called in to inform everyone he had just set down to a pancakes and sausage breakfast and how toasty his house was. What class. I had to flee my all electric apt. and stay with friends in another part of town.
