I'm afraid that I must disagree - this level of nanny-state coddling doesn't teach children anything. If anything, it makes them even more dependent upon authorities in order to simply live their lives...

Children should be taught to HARDEN THE F*** UP.
Millions, and I mean literally MILLIONS of adults went through bullying at one time or another in their school lives without committing cowardicide or needing years of expensive therapy.

"Anti-bullying" is nothing more than the fulfillment of this man's mission to homosexualize our Nation's children.

This will be another failed innovation ,when the real problem is our kids being stuffed together in extended day cares that teach them to read, eat and not think. A kid shouldn't have to be "prtected" against bullying by the same people who have created the conditions ripe for it to begin with.

For the most time, public schooling is a waste, hazard and dumbening of our kids future.

Sorry, Koder, wrong again - I was lauding Tom's ability to post without personal attacks, something that you can't *quite* seem to do. As a matter of fact, I completely disagree with Tom's assertion, nonetheless, he didn't try and guilt me with a strawman argument.

@ Vegantiger, I completely agree that the public school system is a waste - partially, in my opinion, is the 'No child left behind' law, other things are more than likely lack of student discipline, teacher laziness, and lack of parental responsibility.
