By purchasing Fairmont they have not obtained the Seattle Olympic. This hotel is owned by Legacy Hotels, a real estate investment trust. Fairmont owns about 25% of this trust.

So how do you people of Washington feel about the idea of Army Base Fort Monroe being converted into a national historic park!?
