Weiner isn't sorry for his wife or family or his party, but sorry because he got caught. He knew exactly what he was doing and he should resign. Pelosi is calling an ethics investigation is like the pot calling the kettle black. As for your article you posted I have a hard time believing that. If that was actually going on someone would come forth with a statement and proof no matter the amount of money paid. There are mistakes on both parties, but if a republican did this he would be politically crucified.

Does Hillary Have a Lesbian Connection to Weinergate?
Posted on June 6, 2011 by Kevin "Coach" Collins

by Kevin “Coach” Collins
People are motivated to follow their darker instincts by lust for money, power, or sex.

In mid-2007, rumors started to circulate about Huma Abedin a stunningly beautiful staffer working for Hillary Clinton. The wagging tongues of Washington asked logical questions about Huma.

If Hillary is bisexual (as had long been thought and occasionally uttered in public), what is the nature of her relationship with the dark eyed enchanting Abedin, a young lady from a strict Muslim family?

Is the fact that Huma was never seen twice in the same designer outfit and lived in a $649,000 condo explainable because she was trading sexual favors with Hillary for a fabulous lifestyle?

If so what does that make Huma?

How did Huma, whose government salary was listed as $9,999, live as she did?

“Is Hillary Clinton a Lesbian?”

Is Huma Abedin her lesbian “kept woman?”

In 2007, Michael Musto a Village Voice columnist who writes about gay issues commented that Hillary might be “Gayle King-ing” Huma, that is getting her a higher profile in order to head off media scrutiny about her and why Clinton would be “hiding” Huma and the true nature of their relationship.

In her tell all book about her affair with Bill Clinton, Gennifer Flowers wrote that when she asked Bill if Hillary is a lesbian, he laughed and made reference to her being more experienced with women then he is.

The purpose of this essay is not to prove Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin are lesbians, but to raise the question: If they are daughters of Saphos, wouldn’t it have been a good deal for Anthony Weiner to become Huma’s beard, or faux husband?

Killing any rumor of a lesbian relationship between Hillary and Huma would be very helpful to Hillary’s drive to be elected president, and a “President Hillary Clinton” would be enormously helpful to Weiner’s long held dream of being elected Mayor of New York City.

The coverage of Weinergate has nibbled around the edges. The reports have carefully avoided mentioning the scandal’s “third rail”: the relationship between Huma Abedin Congressman Anthony Weiner’s wife and her former boss Hillary Clinton.

Nevertheless, if this is the root of the relationship between Huma and Weiner, the whole ugly affair falls into place.

Bill Clinton understands all-too-well what it’s like to live with a women like Hillary. He knows what it can drive an ordinary man to do. Anthony Weiner’s tweets to a pornstar may be motivated by more than mere curiosity.

The biggest motivators driving human behavior are money, power, and sex. This one has all three.

The fact that Huma and Hilliary have a long standing sexual relationship has nothing to do with Weiner's vile choices.

Just how does he get to say that he doesn't want to play elected representative anymore. The Congress owes the voting public a full investigation.

This scumball should resign. He was lucky. In Pa. a few years ago we had a republican State Senator named Tom Druce who in a night of drunken driving hit a pedestren and killed him then tried to cover it up and lied to his insurance company about how his vechile was damaged. He was ultimatly convicted of manslaughter and insurance fraud. At the time he was a rising star in the republican party and he had been an advocate for tougher drunk driving laws.

Government needs to take a zero tolerance policy. With all of those trained legal minds they can verbalize and write down the code of appropriate behavior and describe the consequences of violation.
Tony has resigned and taken a fat package with him.

Here's some of the ethical stuff that got Gingrich into trouble.

Let's look at the canceled checks and money laundering (Tom De Lay, are you paying attention?). From the House Ethics Committee report: Gingrich backers would give money to his tax-exempt charity, the Abraham Lincoln Opportunity Foundation (ALOF), and then the ALOF would immediately give the money to Gingrich's nontax-exempt political action committee, GOPAC.

For example, in August 1991, Citizens Against Government Waste wrote a $37,000 check to ALOF; same day, ALOF writes a $37,000 check to GOPAC.

Aug. 16, 1992, Howard Callaway Foundation writes a $10,000 check to ALOF; its deposited five days later, and on the same day $10,000 check goes to GOPAC.

Aug. 14, 1992, the Grace Jones Richardson Trust writes a $25,000 check to ALOF; as soon as it clears ALOF writes a $25,000 check to GOPAC.

Such charitable and nonprofits can't give money directly to GOPAC, or they'd risk losing their own tax-exempt status. What did Gingrich have to say about it? He pleaded that he didn't know about the complexities. Right.

Newt's book: To Renew America

HarperCollins, controlled by Rupert Murdoch, offered Gingrich $4.5 million as an advance for a book in 1994. In the face of criticism, Gingrich decided not to take the advance, accepting just $1 and royalties that amounted to $1.2 million in 1995.

The Ethics Committee decided that Gingrich should be fined $300,000 for his own admitted acts of ethical violations. Gingrich, despite getting some healthy royalties, said he couldn't cough up the $300,000 on his own. Gingrich's old nemesis Bob Dole helped Newt out by loaning him $150,000.

Newt also had trouble with his college course, "Renewing American Civilization," taught at Reinhardt College in Georgia beginning in 1993. Georgia Democrat Ben Jones, who ran against Gingrich, asserted that the course was a thinly disguised political recruitment program that was improperly benefiting from federal tax-exempt status extended to educational programs. Gingrich is quoted in the New York Times as say the course came close to crossing the line between education and politics: "Goes right up to the edge," said Gingrich.

Newt's Back

PBS did a show called the "Fall of Newt Gingrich," in 2000. But guess what? Newt's back, hawking his latest book, on conservative radio and television, e-mailing Karl Rove, Denny Hastert, other Republican luminaries. Gingrich Enterprises houses the Center for Health Transformation, a for-profit consulting group; a new Institute for Safety, Health, Prosperity and Freedom, and his personal public relations firm, Gingrich Communications.

The Pot Calling the Kettle Black

Right off the bat, when Jack Abramoff copped a guilty plea in early January, 2006, Newt was right there on television giving Republicans advice about how they'd better reform themselves.
