Seattle city attorney rebuts Mayor McGinn on tunnel cost overruns
City Attorney Pete Holmes tells a KUOW audience that the state's cost-overrun provision is not enforceable, and he suggests that McGinn, by delaying the project, may ensure the higher costs he says he fears.

McGinn doesn't want the tunnel built at all. That is why he delays it. Or maybe he is that stupid. Either way, can we still get rid of him before it is too late? He sure was in a hurry to get that seawall built regardless of cost, even if it meant new taxes.
