Applebee's.......are you kidding me? Would LOVE to have an Applebee's here in Carlsbad!! I just think it will be a stiff competition between the other two LARGE cities versus little oh Carlsbad.

I have heard that the Chili's franchise here sells the most alcohol of any Chili's nationwide (or maybe statewide). Maybe Applebee's has heard that, too.

I was wondering the same thing. Also 10% of the building price is 15,000 that means the 121 until apartment complex is going to cost $150,000 to build. They either get a heck of a deal on wood or the are building a very cheap crapy building.
