So Amm, Deporter, and SHS Alum: tell us more about your friend. Apparently he was a bit of a wild one - Amm says "I really wish you could of calmed down before it was too late." So, was he a trouble maker? A thug? Or what? Let us know....

I'm not going to say a whole lot, but he was a bit of a wild one, but at the same time he was nice, funny, and a cool guy to hang out with and hold a conversation. Our lives were totally separate socially (friend and environment wise) but on a personal note, I trusted him more than I didn't trust him. If that makes any sense. I know he had a good heart.

I think the question is, "Was the deceased a gang banger?"

How interesting that the only person quoted by the Herald has the same last name. The deceased had been in prison? Hmmm....

not much of an endorsement. I know, he was just starting to turn his life around....Multiple gun shots, several witnesses, none of which wants to talk...figure it out.

It doesn't matter if he was in a gang or prison. We're just his friends and family mourning the loss of a great guy. R.I.P. Dwayne....

if his so called friends and family had more concern about what he was doing with his life when he was alive and growing up they wouldn't be mourning today

Who the hell are to say who was and wasn't concerned when he was alive?? A grown man makes his own decisions no matter how many times you try to help them. His so called friends and family???? I can't believe how rude and stupid some people can be over someone's loss. What if that was your son, father, nephew, grandson, brother, cousin or friend and rude people would make such immature comments like that to you? Get the hell out of here and leave the kind, humble people to talk. I'm sick of and your stupid comments. Get a life and leave me and the rest of his friends alone.

that is his uncle who quoted that in the herald. He's known in seaside. For a positive reason.

we did show concern and cared about what he was doing trying to turn his life around. unfortunately, we cannot control the actions of others.
