Salinas bans foam food containers
Following a lengthy, sometimes emotional public hearing, the Salinas City Council on Tuesday passed a ban on polystyrene restaurant food packaging.

Good! Polystyrene packaging is made of a liquid hydrocarbon that is manufactured from petroleum.
While a good move from Salinas, it's funny how such a ban came from that city... now go tackle the gang/drug and lazy dependent resident problems you have there.
