Yes he did have his wallet, and he confessed to the robbery, so he is under arrest for aggravated robbery, which is defined as "taking the property of another, involving the use of a deadly weapon or something that appears to be a deadly weapon." $500,000 is a very high bond though for aggravated robbery, but I guess since it was in conjunction with a murder the bond is higher, or they could possibly be expecting more charges to be added

Your those comments about his family were wrong. I am sorry for that. But the rest I do not. The only thing I hate about living in Arkansas is the fact we will sit in jail the rest of his life while WE pay for it. Send him to Texas and it will be over in a week.
And who are we to decide death? You do realize the death penalty is a financial blow too right? Oh right you probably don't because you are too big of a moron that opens their mouth before they do any research. There are no final answers as to what happened so why are you judging? The fact that you have shown so much judgment does not make you any better. Hide behind your religion. That's what so many of you do in Searcy. And as for what you have said about the family, shame on you. I have known the woods for a long time and they are a great family. Wishing bad things to happen to people is also a sin is it not? Good for you. You sinned twice in one statement yet think you are better. It's exactly what I would expect from someone who hides behind their "Christian" mask. I've never been happier to be out of this God forsaken town.

this is a very sad situation but getting on topix and bashing people and their families (who btw had nothing to do with what happened) is wrong in all aspects. What Ross did WAS wrong and he is in jail for it. It's not like he denied it and is running free. They know there are more people that were involved in it, and I'm sure they probably have suspects in the matter as well, but they are probably trying to make sure they have enough evidence to arrest, hold, and convict them of their crimes. I can understand how his family/friends are very upset about the matter and want justice, but the police/criminal investigators have to be able to do their job and do it right. I'm sure justice will prevail. If not on earth it will when those people go to face their maker. Everyone just needs to keep Zach's family (even Ross's) family in their thoughts and prayers. No matter that what Ross did was wrong, his family I'm sure is having a very hard time coping with knowing that their son was the master mind of this whole thing.

Well so answer my question!! Were y'all there when it happened?? No! Have y'all been there for the family?? No!! So will you get a life and leave this family alone. I love you no matter what Ross. I've always thought of you as my big brother and still will:)!!
Has Ross Wood's family been there for the Mitchell family??? NO! Trust me I know...not even a condolence or any sort of "I'm sorry" or anything....yeah Ross' family is grieving too, but have some decency and respect to pay it toward Zach Mitchell's family - he is the victim and should never have been murdered...

What could Ross's parents possibly do or say this soon after the tragedy that could make things better? U must not know the Wood's family, because I guarantee you they feel so bad and are grieving for Zach's family too. There's a time and a place for this to happen, and it's probably just too soon and hard for them to talk to zach's family yet, especially since the investigation and learning all the details is far from being over.

Especially when Zach was so much bigger than Ross. No way he got that while Zach was still alive. He either got there after the murder or he pulled that trigger. We will find out soon enough.

Exactly! Believe you, me, if my child caused the death of someone I knew, it would crush me not only worried about the soul of my child, but you wouldn't be able not to imagine if the roles were reversed and how the other parents' life has been crushed beyond belief... And it's YOUR child's fault :(
I could give less than 2 craps for Ross, but his parents didn't do it. They are prob thinking of how they could have raised him better, signs they should have seen, and all kinds of stuff.

Now Zach's parents' grief is a million times worse, I'm not at all trying to lessen that. The Ross fam grief can't attemt to compare.

I'm just sayin I'm sure they feel like crap too in their own way. They have lost a child (to jail) when Zach's family has lost a child to the grave.
