Whatever the reason for running from police, it ain't worth the risk of crashing and permanently injuring or killing yourself, or worse, risking the life of an innocent person. HEY RED TRUCK! The people who care about you would rather see you in a jail cell in one whole piece than to see you in a wheelchair with feeding tubes, or to visit your grave. You got lucky this time. If you're a fool and there's a next time, pull over.

I wasn't addressing you. If you don't want public opinion, don't make it public. Instead follow your own advice and go to the jail to ask who it was.

That "red truck" and the police passed me in the turning lane on race street. I'm not sure why they couldn't catch him in Searcy instead of McRae because it was two policemen on his trail the whole time. It was weird!

Because the pursuit was called off in searcy due to traffic and safety of others on race st. The red truck got on the interstate were state police and county picked it up. The guy pulled over in McRae

According to the local paper, the driver was Gary Clause of Searcy. The pursuit was southbound on hwy 67/167 at marker 41, exiting at McRae, ending at the intersection of Wagon Train Road and hwy 321. The agencies involved were Searcy and McRae PD, WCSO and the ASP. He was arrested on felony warrants with new charges added of fleeing, reckless driving and no proof of insurance.

The same Gary Clause, Jr. that stole a contractors semi mail truck in North Little Rock and tried to burn it in Beebe about four years ago. One of his warrants this time was parole violation.

He's actually my neighbor. Or was. The man is terrible. His mom just lost her husband and then he started doing drugs again and snooping around my house. He's crazy. I feel so bad for his mom, but honestly I couldn't even sleep knowing he was outside because people like that never sleep.
