Actually you are the moron, roxicodone is the brand name for instant release oxycodone. It's not just a slang term.

I just love when people get on topix and call others morons and stupid when they are the ones that have no idea what they are talking about. It's the reason I come to this web site. I love seeing idiots call others idiots, and tell others they are wrong when they themselves are wrong.

Just for the record, the differences between OxyContin and roxycontin are the add in's. I'm not sure what the add in's are for each of them are but the base medicines are the same. There are lots of medicines that way. By add in's I mean things like asprin, caffine, tylenol, and so on, and no I'm not a pill head. My husband has major back problems and goes to a specialist for pain management where he has discussed the differences and the pro's and con's of several different kinds of medicines.

Exactally the more addictive additives are the ones everyone wants and it's a huge issue. Your husband apparently has pain now that is different than fjust taking them for a high. Hope u got your fix while u got on this site

It's really sad that we live in a world of such closed minded people like you. Just because I have had a conversation with a doctor and tried to pass on what I learned you assume I'm getting high. It's also my understanding that the things add into these pills can make the difference between if they can be snorted or shot up. That's why some are in higher demand to people that just want to get high than others.
