I am not sure of any in Searcy but I used Steve whiting in North Little Rick and after 2 denials he was able to get my disability granted. Look his number up. He is a wonderful attorney and has a human factor that a lot don't have.good luck to you

Great insight! I've been looking for a quality disability lawyer in Weymouth MA and this gave me some great insight of what to look for when choosing one. So far this and http://www.attorneylindsayrand.com/expertise.... have been the most helpful. Thanks for sharing!
hope this helps

Are you currently working because if you will always be denied they see it if you have a earned income that you can continue to. If you haven't worked in two years or more you get put threw to the top of the list. I know that if you take it to court it will take years however you will get back pay from the time you filled and were found to be disabled.

If I were you I would try to get it on the anxiety and the post traumatic disorder and see psychiatrist regularly for it as well as doctors. I know two paranoid sycophantic people who received their disability first time. They had been institutionalized for this though, but they had theirs in about three months maybe you need to just stick to the worst and most treated condition.

Well I get all of it treated equally I mean I'm on pain management. And I see dr citty for the anxiety and depression and diabetes. I couldn't afford to go to a therapist. I just got approved for Medicaid so I will try doing that as well thank you

I wouldn't deal with these in Searcy, especially Red Morgan, he was a good lawyer in his time, but he just really doesn't care anymore.
