My father brought in my lincoln because I was in basic training for military. And I do not believe you were anywhere near my vehicle. And soon after (CARS) fixed my vehicle the power steering went out. Oh and yalls little exhaust fix burnt the valves up. I also brought my Cadillac in there and he was going to charge me 150$ for a radiator hose repair or "replace". Which in fact I had removed and replaced all for 30$. Your correct it was childish of me too put y'all out there but I'm not ashamed and used my real name. Yalls work is shit. Con.. Repair should be the name of your business. Oh also my water pump had too be replaced in the Lincoln. Water pump..power steering.. Etc. I'll admit I was the dumbass bringing you my vehicles but y'all will never receive another dime from me. Or my dad. Thanks for your wonderful car auto repair work. It's terrible.
Funny thing Brandon I have all the tickets that show what we repaired and when. I am part owner of this business so I was very much apart of the job done and as you can see my name is here for all to see as well. I will defend my business when I know I am right. I can give THOUSANDS of references for the integrity of our business. So while we hate to lose you (more importantly your dad) it is what it is. I have to ask though, you really think your power steering and water pump went out becuase we relaced the brakes, repaired the exhaust and repaced the transimission? lol If the valves burnt as you claim, and it was clearly our fault, why come back for work on the truck and cadillac? You didn't like the quote to repair the hose so you fixed it yourself and saved the labor cost and markup on parts,,,I guess we should have fixed it for $20. Sorry...we cant make a living that way. You really should have called around and got prices from other legitimate repairs shops before you assumed that the price we quoted was inflated. You see we cant do it for free. Whats terrible in all this is you are slandering anothers name and/or buisness with no proof and what you are claiming doesn't even add up(and now your cursing). As I said earlier, its impossible to please everyone. Even more impossible to please people such as yourself who think that EVERY part on their vehicle should be warranteed if the brakes are fixed. Anyway, have a good day. Hopefully nothing else will mess up on your vehicle because of the repairs we made months ago...

(On a complete different topic- thanks for your service to our country-I MEAN THAT-NOT BEING SARCASTIC IN ANY WAY-even if we don't agree- Our family is completely patrotic and support our service men & women!)

Also just FYI... its IMPOSSIBLE to burn valves by fixing an exhaust leak...however continued driving of a vehicle with an exhaust leak will damage the valves over time causing them to fail. We didn't drive the vehicle, we repaired an exsisting exhaust leak...

Thank you so much for this post Kelly. I could not agree more. Its impossible to defend yourself or your business reputation if people wont identify who they are. This is my first experience with this site...I am amazed that people can attempt to destroy someones reputation and not even have the courage to put their names out there. Could it be for fear of being proved wrong maybe? This business is all we have. Its how we feed our kids.If I had a problem with a business, I would take it up with them (legally if necessary). But I would NEVER try to hurt them this way...it just seems childish to me... How would we be in business for 10 years if even half of this stuff was true? I have printed this feed and will be seeking some legal feedback to see if there is a case to be made for slander. All I can say is check public records...no lawsuits EVER. 3 BBB cases in 10 years that were found in our favor. I seriously question if these were made by different people or just a couple who keep changing their ID...all I know is there are always 2 sides to a story.

I brought it too you. You told me it needed a new exhaust. I said okay. 2 weeks go by I call you tell me you have too make a special harness or somethin of that nature. Anyways I got it back after paying too much. My fault. Then after that the trans went out. Paid you I believe almost 2000 for that... And it took about 3 months. I returned from basic training and drove the car down to the car wash. As soon as I left the power steering went out. Call it what you want... Whose going to believe me right? With all them references you have. Smh. And my last time in your shop I brought my Cadillac too you to replace a radiator hose. You told me $125 dollars....... O.o. Defend away boss man. And all the work on my dads truck had to be re done and even had documented due to what we was charged and how much work was actually completed. It's was like 110 percent cost to about 30% of what it was worth. Fool us once shame on you. Fool us 3 or 4 times shame on us. Thank you for your business and God bless

Thought it was $150 on the radiator hose Brandon lol. As I said hopefully nothing ever breaks on your car again from repairs made a year ago to unrelated parts. If your dad had issues with repairs he should have brought it back and we would have warrantied it (if it was parts we replaced). If there were issues with the cost, something should have been said up front. We ALWAYS give the cost of repairs BEFORE doing the job. PERIOD. Its up to the customer to either accept our cost or go elsewhere. Your upset because a 12yr old car with almost 150,000 miles started needing repairs and for some unknown reason you believe the few repairs that were made should have restored your vehicle to new. Doesn't work that way. BTW this is the boss woman (his partner in the business). You have a blessed day Brandon

any shop will be happy to give you the old parts off of your vehicle if there is not a core charge on them, or you can pay the core charge and still get the parts, but no shop wiil give or show you there receipts to where they bought them, just not done

I took my car to C.A.R.S a few years back because I didn't know what was wrong with it. They told me and I had them fix it. Which was a COMPLETE waste of money. The "section of wiring harness" that they replaced, was never touched. And the "dirty knock sensor" that they cleaned, was in fact busted. You can't clean a cracked sensor and it just go back to working. And now that my knowledge has increased about how to diagnose and fix vehicles, I can see that they ripped me off terribly. He tried charging me $600 for what I now know to be a $200 fix. If you want great business at a respectable price, go somewhere else.

dang guess you missed it "guest" My name IS posted for all to see earlier in the thread. That would be "bosslady" Mary Cantrell (aka M Cantrell). Sorry but if you'd like to speak to "bossman" Steve Cantrell, please feel free to stop by the shop anytime. Address is in the book. How's that for an "ideal" idea lol. SO easy to hide behind a computer. As for our credentials...we do JUST fine as our thousands of mature customers can attest to. Bossman doesn't have time to play on the computer like I do. Does it bother you that I'm woman who know her business? You really are cute I must say

Yea Rodney will tell you...I have to keep that man on a VERY short leash LMAO!!!!(Rodney don't tell him I said that lol) What the matter, can't handle an adult argument with a woman? Must be my oily hair....oh my. This is a hoot! FYI- I don't have to defend him or myself for that matter. All your doing is posting repeated personal attacks and commenting on situations that you don't have a clue about. Its actually quite sad...and still a little humerous. Have at it "guest" or whichever ID you chose next. At the end of the day, we'll still be here with some of the best customers in White County. Have a blessed day :-)
