A lot of low income families live/have lived there and they're getting run down really quick. They were ok 5 years ago but have declined since then. If you don't need the income based pricing, you'll pay almost $500 for a 1 bedroom.

We have lived here for over a year. Great apartments. Never had a problem with a neighbor or our cars being damaged. I have lived at Rose Lawn and would definitely prefer The Ridge over Rose Lawn. If they are so bad why are they the #1 rated apartment in Searcy.

Roselawn is worse, it's more expensive for small rooms, ridge is not all income based very nice inside of them.

My son lives at the Ridge in a one bedroom apt. It is NOT income based...its a cute and very clean SMALL apt but I do think the rent is a little high, its $505 a month.

It's not completely income based but it is put in two brackets. If you make less than a certain amount its quite a bit cheaper! But country meadows is a lot cheaper. I've got a 2 bed 1.5 bath with w&d hookups for 510 on a 6 month lease! Much better in my opinion and no wasted space in the layout

I has lived at the Ridge for about 7 months, I love it!! I have a 15 month old baby and it's great for her! My neighbors are great and the apartment manager is great too! They respond in a good time if I ever have a problem. Roselawn was too high for me and the Ridge is low income base if you have a low income, but the phase one and phase two are different price but great apartments!!!
