Okay I got off ortho tricyclen when I finished my pills then got my period. Now it's time for my period again and I am 3 days late. I am cramping though... Says on net it may take awhile to get back to normal. Experiences?

3 days is no big deal, so don't worry. It will never be exact to the day every time. Especially if your body is making adjustments to hormone changes like going on or off pills. I have tried several different types of b/c pills over the years trying to find the best one for me, and each one affected me differently.
