This is great news for the hard working minority of Long Beachers who pay taxes. With all the taxpayer money the city is saving on "fuel efficient" vehicles, the millions the city is saving cleaning up cigarette butts on the beach and in city parks, as well as the money saved cleaning up convenient plastic grocery and goods bags, it is certain tax relief cannot be far behind.

Revolutionary Council hasn't announced it yet, but millions of fish are not dying as a result of dining on plastic bags. Fishermen spend money.$Millions of tourist dollars are projected - according to the latest taxpayer funded "study" - to benefit local business and local tax receipts as the inner harbor proliferates with our fishy friends.

Where better for fishermen to set out for to spend their weekends and their vacations than Long Beach? Why not use some of the "savings" of hard earned taxpayer money to "help" the children as well?

To an American - but then most American cars are at best uninspiring, if not ugly to the rest of the world.
