It is amazing to me the number of people who still refuse to stand-up to intimidation and home-grown terrorism. While I detest the Klan, I DO understand the fears over illegal immigration. Many of our own citizens are arguing determinedly for the relaxation of migration laws to allow more Mexicans into our country. I think I read somewhere that North Carolina law doesn’t even require citizenship to acquire a driver’s license. Speaking in an articulate and obviously educated manner, many of the proponents of opening the floodgates have surnames like Sanchez, Chavez and Ortiz.

To me, it seems that these proponents are driving decision making that is NOT in the best interests of our NATION, but of their CULTURE. I always thought that was called racism, by the way.

The invasion of this country is well underway. Aided by the enemy within, the citizens of another culture are slowly but surely infiltrating this country in numbers that will eventually provide significant political power to an ethnic group that will act in its own interests first and foremost.

Without a shot being fired, we are likely to adopt Spanish as our first language, eat fajitas for breakfast, and play soccer at East Gaston and South Point High Schools on Friday nights as it will be our national sport. A Mexican president is also foreseeable.

I read on another past post, that this country has gathered all illegal aliens and exported them back to their country. I think it said it has happen two times and Herbert Hoover may have been involved in one of those maybe T. Roosevelt.

I know that all of the p.c. crowd would not let this happen now but why can't it happen? With the expenses of prison support, medical support etc. etc., it could be justified.

I agree. The City Government hires a local landscaping company, RDS Landscaping, to do jobs that its city workers could do. For example, cutting grass along the railroad tracks, tending to the flowers along main street, and in the future, tending to its greenways.

This company has ties to the MH Community Foundation. This foundation does have influence on what goes on in the community. Don't have a problem with the influence. However, I have a problem with my tax money paying a company that hires illegal alliens for a job that the city of MH should already be doing.

How do you feel? Please don't say this company does not hire illegal because I have from a good source that it does. And regardless if it did or if it did not, our town government should not be contracting out to companies jobs that its employees should be doing!

How can the Mount Holly City Government ask its citizens to obey its laws when the Mount Holly City Government breaks laws by hiring illegal alliens?

If the city hires a company that hires illegal alliens, then the City of Mount Holly is hiring illegal alliens.
