Cops: Baldwin man held in 911 fireworks calls

A tense six-hour standoff with police ended early Monday morning, one suspect in custody, after police said a man barricaded himself inside a Baldwin Harbor home -- in an attempt to avoid questioning by officers who had responded to a 911 call reporting illegal fireworks being detonated.
