I wanted to let the local news and people of your town know that a hate group which calls itself a church is comming to picket a soldiers funeral. They will carry signs that say horrible things I am not sure I can even say here. The missery this can casue to the families of this hero is horribe. My suggestion is the maost people you can get to shield the signs from the view of the family the better. They will carry signs saying "God Hates Crippled Soldiers" and FAR worse. Their schedule is posted at 05/21/2006 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM St. John's United Methodist Church 300 N Pine St.

Do not visit this site unless you are prepared to be sickened.
The funeral is for Cory L. Palmer. I am sorry for his family but they should know and your town should help. I would be interested in what takes place. I follow and fight such groups and any info, written notes a story or pictures would be great but my MAIN purpose is to warn you. They are their worst enemy. I can be e-mailed at guitarandpen@hotmail.com

This group ought to be ashamed of what they are doing. Their platform has NOTHING to do with Cory or any of the other brave young men & women who have given their lives for this country. I know that the USA was founded on certain freedoms, but this group needs to go back where they came from and pray that God will forgive them for what they are doing.

Today's this group invaded our small community and found out that we as proud American citizens let them know that they weren't appreciated. Their hatred was not spewed in this community. Cory's family was well protected from the hatred. Motorcycles surrounded the church so that no one from the god hates america group could be any where near Cory's family. Thank God for real Americans who are proud of their fallen soldiers.

I was glad to read that the riders showed up and that Cory's Funeral was not interupted. Alex, yes they are a bunch of maniacs who continue to this day doing the same thing, just as they have since the laramie inident and before. They are no longer worth speaking of, as it only fuels them. 90% of the church, if you could call it that, are family and lawyers. If your interested in knowing more about them. Don't visit there websites. One, you will be attcked by slews of viruses, and it only promotes them. I wrote an article and interviewed these freaks. If you want info I will send anyone the article, although long it will answer any questions you may have about them.

To the beautiful, faithful, patriotic, and loving citizens of the small city of Seaford, De. Today is Oct. 10, 2007. I just happened upon this website as I was looking for something else. I will be writing thank you notes for the rest of my life. Please forgive me for not having them finished by now. It has been since before May 6, 2006, when Cory died, that this community, our church family at St. Johns' United Methodist Church, churches across the community, police and fire departments, and all manner of businesses, school children, and friends and neighbors, both known and unknown to us personally, committed themselves to honoring not only Cory, but all of our Beloved Troops on those days in May. To be a part of such a loving and caring community is humbling, to say the least. Our city governmental officials were alert and astute in responding within the Constitutional Rights of this hate group. We were shielded from the ugliness of that day by PGR's all over the country. The few arrests that were made received offers for services from attorneys from the southern edge of Delaware to the Pennsylvania border.

The Michael Hastings Family, the Peacekeepers, USMC,(Beirut bombing), the Ryan Long family (first entrants into Iraq 2003, Army Rangers), the Rick James family and the Palmer families offer thanks beyond measure to you all. We know our sons are loved and treasured by their community. Thank you all so very much.

Godspeed and Semper Fidelis.

With love, respect, admiration and appreciation,

Danna and Charles Palmer,

These people are no good . we as Americians should for a group to boot them out of the country . I myself an a Patriot Guard Rider who attends funnerals to help stop protesters doing these mean things. I feel if you cant say something good about the men & women serving our country you should keep your mouth shut. They are cowards.... If a war was to come to USA these people would be the first to ask for help from our proud men & women seriving our country. We don't need commies in our country .. GET RIDE OF THEM.....

Again today, exactly 4 years since Cory's death, a couple who serve with the Patriot Guard identified themselves and asked how we are doing. They were here in Seaford in May, 2006, to protect us from the protest during our son's funeral. Thank you again for the support you give us as families of the military. God bless you all and Semper Fidelis, Danna Palmer
