SEAFORD: Child care provider charged in abuse

A Hickory Lane daycare center was closed after an investigation into an assault on a seven week old baby, Delaware State Police said today. via Daily Times

I cannot believe how anyone could hurt a child? They are so innocent and helpless... God knows the truth and she will have to answer to him!!!!
