I'm quite sure the Police Chief wasn't going to use the Taser on the young 17 year old male. It isn't hard to manage for someone to accuse of being threatened by another person, specially if your being arrested for burglery. Let me say it would get the public view off of the main arrest to someone that is more High Profile in the Public eyes. " It is easy for a crimmal to accuse someone of threatening them." Hoping to get off free from being caught as a Bugler. I would have ordered a poloygraph for the young man. The young man probably wouldn't like that specially if he was guilty.
