People who were wondering whether Jesse Jackson would ever respond to the killing of an Australian collegiate baseball player by three "bored" teens in Oklahoma, one of whom allegedly posted racist tweets, got their answer today. Jackson's early Wednesday morning tweet read as follows: "Praying for the family of Chris Lane. This senseless violence is frowned upon and the justice system must prevail."

Yes, it's "frowned upon". That will stop them.

The young man who was killed was just the wrong color to get too upset over. I guess he was just a little too white. Not only that but Jessie isn't too worried about his civil rights getting violated.

It was just "frowned upon", yet he tweeted this over the Zimmerman case.

"We need a national investigation of the racial context that led to Trayvon Martinís slaying. Congress must act. And itís time to call on the United Nations Human Rights Commission for an in-depth investigation of whether the U.S. is upholding its obligations under international human rights laws and treaties. Trayvon Martinís death demands much more than a juryís verdict on George Zimmerman. It calls for us to hear the evidence and render a verdict on the racial reality that never had its day in court at the trial."

Just another fine example of why he is not a Civil Rights Activist, but a racist.

That article was a good explanation. But Zimmerman was innocent and it was extremely obvious. He did not break one single law and should have never been tried. He was tried only because of his race. That is it.

However, the activist, president, media etc. kept on after he was arrested. They are still doing that after the verdict. Still doing that today. So the excuse of these horrible people being arrested after this murder being the reason why the activist, president, media etc are not taking the same stance is ludicrous.

This should be a hot topic for any activist if they want to promote civil rights. But when the murderers are the same race as them, then an arrest is enough. But was not enough from someone of a different race.

Racism is alive and well, that's for Shure.

Oh... I take them VERY seriously!

I subscribe and read most everything they publish!

Just like I subscribe and read everything the Southern Poverty Law Center publishes and writes.

Just like I subscribe and read many other groups and organizations writings including La Raza, the Aryan Nations, the National Alliance and other hate groups.

I read everything those I oppose write.

The Salon story I posted, I despise that writer.

He is a race-baiting moron.

The reason Zimmerman was not initially arrested had nothing to do with race... he was not arrested initially because he was not guilty, the jury proved that.

People like this writer for Salon fanned racial tensions simply to boost their readership.
