The rot you speak of started before Clinton or Bush 1.Yes it is that bad, you can buy stuff at Wal-Mart if you have a job, you know one of those that are now making stuff outside of America. Food is comparibly inexpensive, again if you have a job. Gasoline, and natural gas, great; if you have a job. Freedom of Speech, and The Right to Bare Arms----- within limits. Not sure about the low income taxes. As to how is the country being destroyed? From within sir, from with in. Remember those who will sacrifice freedoms for safety deserve neither.
You're right about "if you have a job".
I don't shop at Wal-Mart unless I am in Texas. Since Sam died they have played a huge role in the loss of U.S.A. manufacturing jobs and many small town businesses. We are all free to shop and buy whatever we want. It is disingenuous to complain about unemployment and shop with companies that are actively trying to ship American jobs overseas. I understand people want to save money and there is nothing wrong with that. I am not rich but I will pay a little extra ,to not shop at Wal-Mart. I understand it is almost impossible to not buy (communist) Chinese stuff and I am not criticizing anyone for doing so. If people don't support American jobs, we will continue to lose them.
There are lots of people in this country who hate for working people to make a decent wage. As Americans we usually over value ourselves and under value our fellow Americans. I am not sure why so many people begrudge their fellow man from making a good wage for good honest work.
