What does a guy have to do to gain respect here? Actually do something! In my day just talking about all the good you were potentially, someday going to do was enough.

I don't want your respect.

I'm not sure if you've noticed... but I don't enjoy interacting with people I agree with... that just results in stagnation.

The only real way to grow... is to endure stress... adapt and survive it.

A tree can't grow strong without the wind to blow it around.

No... you all... the City of La Porte... every single one of you have had a hand in making me who I am.

Thanks, guys!!!

Wait until you see what I am going to do with all of that.

Keep up the good work.

It's not what they want that counts... it's what they need.

And how very democratic of you to determine what that means....

This is not a democracy.

If I waited around for everyone else to vote... we'd just get more corruption.

I don't have to get elected mayor to win this game.

In fact... if I am elected mayor... it might just weaken me.

I don't know if you've noticed or not... but I've been doing just fine without winning an election.

You have not noticed a man living in a tent with nothing and no money kicking the snot out of corruptions every attempt to stop him from removing them from power?

See, my major advantage... is that I am not doing what I do for the money or power... I am doing what I do because I enjoy doing it.

It gives me great pleasure.

I win... simply by doing it.

The only way to stop me is with a bullet.

Are you ready to go that far???

Did I note a shift from the sacred 50 year plan? You no longer seek the highest office in all of la porte. I knew one day you would realize it was a job and give up that pipe dream.

Oh no... not giving up at all.

I can just see it making me weak and vulnerable to unscrupulous inside attacks.

However you need to justify it since it was never going to happen. Goals are much more achievable as you lower the bar.
