New Shopping Center

I'm surprised that no one is discussing the city's plans to re-zone the green-space around the new traffic circle (Lakeside & Repsdorf).

I can't seem to find any information about the developers planning to build the main shopping center: Pacific Ridge Development LLC, 211 E Carrillo St.#204, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.

What does everyone think? Good for the city? Good for the adjoining neighborhoods? Good for traffic? Good for the developer?

I am trying to get info as well, looks like it is going to be both sides of the road so will be large. Anyone know anything?
