Isn't it disgusting that a small town like Seabrook has a store where you can stop and watch a woman take her clothes off and play with themselves or each other while men watch! The Town Ordinance states that NO ADULT ACTIVITY can happen in any establishment that is near schools, etc nor any establishment that is less than 500 feet from the town border. The Chop Shop is only a few feet away. So what happened?(The other place is grandfathered).

The town ignored it. Paul Garand (code enforcement) ignored it, the police ignored it and the Town Manager ignored it. I wonder why this would have happened?

The Seabrook Zoning Ordinance deals with permanent structures only. Many residential and commercial activities skirt zoning restrictions by using a bus or putting a building up on cinder blocks, thereby bypassing all of the zoning rules. If there's another town ordinance addressing adult activity, I'm not aware of it.
