The monster in the mirror was Pedo Pan Jackson, in spite of your fondness for that cushion.

After the double election of 1198, 1257 and 1314, and the assumption by the papacy to approve and legitimize a particular candidate, the need to establish a procedure for the election of the emperor without papal intervention was appreciated. The declaration of Rhens (1338), proclaimed himself a former imperial custom validity of an election by majority and that the king of Romans elected assume power immediately, without papal approval required; this declaration established in the subsequent Diet of Frankfurt as an imperial law. Finally, at the Diet of Nuremberg, Charles IV promulgated the Golden Bull of 1356 , which established and fixed the imperial election procedure. In 1356 the seven electors were the archbishops of Mainz , Trier and Cologne , the King of Bohemia , the Count Palatine of the Rhine , the Duke of Saxony and the Margrave of Brandenburg . Between 1621 and 1648 was removed from the Electoral College Count Palatine of the Rhine Since 1623 a new constituency for the Duke of Bavaria, who died in 1777. In 1692 it was created for the house was created. Brunswick - Lüneburg ( Hanover ) ninth electorate, which did not enter the Electoral College until 1708. Between 1706 and 1714, the electors of Cologne and Bavaria were excluded. In 1801 electorates of Trier and Cologne became extinct. In 1803 four new constituencies were created to Wurtemberg , Baden , Hesse - Kassel and Salzburg (which never voted).

Seri has been included as a member of the big family hypothetical proposal hokana , first as part of the group Yuman-Cochimi , and then as the only living representative of the hypothetical seri-saliniano group. The relationship between the Seri and the salt of California was proposed more than seventy years ago, but has recently been discussed. It has even questioned the relationship with the alleged family seri hokana , also for lack of conclusive evidence. Accordingly, the seri be a language isolate .

However, the interaction that the Seri have had with speakers of other languages in the area (Uto-Aztecan languages as the Yaqui and O'odham, etc.) and the Spanish language does not show much lexical influence of that contact. The following table shows the pronominal systems of other language families near the Seri:

As can be seen from the above table, there are similarities between the pronominal morphemes of some of these languages, which has driven the comparison of these languages and proposed genetic relationships between them.

As for the likeness of the vocabulary matches are few, the project ASJP seems to indicate that most lexical coincidence occurs with salt language , other single language, for which it has been conjectured belonging to Hokan group.

The emphasis seems to fall on the first syllable of the root, while never suffixes and prefixes are accentuated receive only the accent as a result of its merger with phonological root. However, there are words that seem to be exceptional. It is primarily the substantive as well as some verbs, whose accent can be found after the first syllable of the root. An alternative analysis, recently proposed, puts the accent on the last syllable of the root, but also sensitive to the weight of the syllable. A heavy syllable (two vowels or consonants in the coda after excluding the last consonant of the root is considered extrametrical) attracts the accent. This analysis may explain the location of most of the examples, although there are exceptions.

The Native American languages are those languages originat ed and developed in the Americas , including the islands of their continental shelf , from the first human settlement even before the arrival of Europeans, Africans and Asians, many of them having died since then until today.

They consist of several families of languages , and various languages isolated and unclassified (see list of American languages ). In several opportunities groups they were proposed classification higher today bear no consensus in the scientific community. It is extremely doubtful that one can speak of a single family called Amerindian , in the same way that there is a family of Papuan languages and a Caucasian family, but these terms refer only to geography (see Papuan languages , languages of the Caucasus ).

Thus, one can not determine that, genetically speaking, the American languages have originated from a single recognizable predecessor.

For a comprehensive list of Native American languages consult the list of Native American languages

Before the arrival of Europeans in the New World, Amerindian languages were spoken from what is now Canada to the southern tip of South America by the ancestors of today's Native Americans . During the last 500 years many of the ethnic groups and Native American languages have disappeared, but still several hundred of them are spoken. Today three European languages ( Spanish , English and Portuguese ) are politically dominant in each country of America , and native languages have less prestige and are used in very limited areas.

With regard to the languages of the places they colonized the Spaniards, Giovanni Botero in 1600 published a book entitled The relazioni universali, which states that the Guarani, Quechua and Nahuatl could travel throughout the New World . Perhaps these languages were a kind of lingua franca used for communication between different ethnic groups and peoples.

Anecdotes about the difficulties encountered by missionaries to want to learn the Amerindian languages are known. It is said that the Augustinian needed interpreters during a year and which could then speak the native language. But we also note that a Portuguese friar, after touring Brazil for twelve years confesses he does not know anything yet and states that it will consult an Art to begin with the nominative. So the illustrious Father Vierira, referring to the languages of the country, says that sometimes, even though put his ear to the mouth of the "barbarian" could not distinguish syllables or perceive vowels and consonants. These phonetic difficulties were mentioned quite often.

How these passages are shown in mantillas they were in that phonetic knowledge even of erudite people. However, between the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, and even in the eighteenth century, tens of grammars or were published Arts , mainly by missionaries and priests who described the indigenous languages of America. Many of these grammars still have some interest
