If you know Roger, why aren't you rippin him a new one for being so stupid instead of jumping to his defense for an indefensible act of foolishness (to put it nicely)? I know my brothers and Dad would be busting my chops for something as dumb as drunk in public, much less B&E and assualt...I would expect it.
because he is paying for it now. i do not have to rip him one he is in jail. does that not make sence to anyone? he was caught, was out of control, and is now paying for it.

i can tell you that you don't know him or about the situation. i tihnk you make it up as you go along. and you can't even prove that he has done anything wrong before this. that is why you are changing the subject. he has a family and kids and they don't need you to judge him. that's what the law is to do. and your little "words in quotes" don't make it true.
except the fact that's EXACTLY how it went down...

and his past history is all online...for anyone to view, if need be I'll show you where...

Everyone judges everyone. That's how we decide who want to go out with or marry. It's how we pick our friends. It's also how people determine who not to hang out with. Judging others is human nature. So based on this article of the accused, I have judged him as someone that is a looser that I would never call a friend.

Everyone on here is a loser. Especially "laughing at the fools". Who are you to think of this man as a trouble maker. In the end, who will be there to judge you on your right and wrongs?

I'm one that can read his past history, can see like anyone else the details of the case...how about that?
Pretty sure breaking in somebodies house(premeditated)with the intent of committing an assault qualifies you as a troublemaker. If it didn't it wouldn't have had half of the night shift from ACPD there lighting up 250 from Glenmore to the Moose lodge.
I'll let the wife judge me on the rights and wrongs, she's pretty good about that, as luck would have it though, I won't need a judge and jury, unlike some.
No need to get all defensive, I just pointed out some facts. You don't have to like them though.

I've forgotten the details and to lazy to read it again, hope this guy is young enough to learn a lesson though. They do have classes for anger management and the courts do make offenders take them. This guy is a good candidate.

Thanks for spelling it out for the boneheads. I notice there was no response from the pity gallery.
Think of all the resources these idiots waste while the taxpayers have to pay for this crap. No, he does not deserve anything. How much did that "dark night" cost albemarle county?
Police time...
Cost of repairs to cruiser...
Court costs...
Jail costs....
Welfare, food stamps, etc. when he gets out.(who's gonna hire him in this economy)...
Will he pay for his big night out?
