There is nothing in the article saying there had been a previous problem,According to Mrs. Cooper these dogs were a mixed breed and said they were pets and not hunting dogs.<quoted text>
Yes, yes, but after the killer dogs were shot and killed in turn, they were allegedly "returned to the owner." Both the Coopers saw the dogs, as did others involved. Both Mrs. and Mr. Cooper, in particular, obviously got a good look. Somebody knew where to deliver the corpses, an indication the dogs had been a previous problem in the neighborhood. So out of that melange of observers, there is surely someone who can say what kind of dogs these were, if only the reporter had made inquiry? Were they hunting dogs? Rampaging pit bulls? Pekinese? They were reportedly barking, so at least one may surmise they were not Basenjis.
The only ones who saw the dogs were Mr.and Mrs.Cooper, the dogs ran away from her and then they came back and was chasing chickens at this time Mr.Cooper shot and killed both dogs as he should have. The story is on NBC 29.
