Quick question here...If the reporter did this story the afternoon of the 7th, and there have been 700 trees received to date, and last year there were almost 5,000 done, how does that equate to increased participation?
There is nothing in this story that says the program "is seeing more participation," as the headline states.
If there are any retired journalism professors in the area, you might want to offer your services to NBC 29, who seems to have a constant losing battle with consistency in their stories.

Couldn't agree more, NBC29 is scraping the barrel with reporters like Natalie Wilson.

That was a quick question?

You need to find your glasses, 700 trees have been chipped (not received 'to date')
